Available House Descriptions:

Three 7'x20' Wheelhouses with 8 holes, 4 bunks, gas heat and lights, rattle reels, cook stove and restroom.  AC/DC equipped (if you provide a generator or battery).

One 7'x26' Wheelhouse with 12 holes, 6 bunks, gas heat and lights, rattle reels, cook stove with oven and restroom. AC/DC equipped (if you provide a generator or battery).

One 8'x22' Wheelhouse with 8 holes, 4 bunks, gas heat and lights, rattle reels, cook stove and restroom.

One 7'x22' Wheelhouse with 10 holes, 4 bunks and cot, gas heat and lights, cook stove and restroom. AC/DC equipped (if you provide a generator or battery).

One 7'x22' Wheelhouse with 8 holes, 4 bunks, gas heat and lights, cook stove and restroom. AC/DC equipped (if you provide a generator or battery).

One 10'x16'  with 8 holes, 4 bunks, gas heat and lights, rattle reels, cook stove and restroom, AC/DC equipped (if you provide a generator or battery).

One 12'x20' house with 12 holes, 6 bunks, gas heat and lights, rattle reels, cook stove and restroom, AC/DC equipped (if you provide a generator or battery).

NEW: One 12'x20' house with 12 holes, 8 bunks, gas heat and lights, rattle reels, cook stove, oven and restroom, AC/DC equipped (if you provide a generator or battery).

Rates:   

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (2 night minimum with Saturday night):
$200.00 minimum per night for up to 4 people.  Additional people $50 each per night.
$250 minimum for 6 bunk houses for up to 5 people.  Additional people $50 each per night.

Mondays ~ Thursdays:   $150.00 per night for up to 4 people.  Additional people $25 each per night.
$200 minimum nightly charge for 6 bunk houses.
